By subscribing to Beyond the Brushstrokes ("the Club"), operated by Bexx Fine Art ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms.
The Club is a recurring monthly membership priced at $12.00 USD per month. When you join, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method $12.00 each month until you cancel. Your billing date is the date you first subscribe, and each renewal covers the upcoming month's envelope.
The Club is a flat $12/month for as long as your membership stays active. If we ever change pricing, current members will be notified by email in advance.
You can cancel anytime from your account portal (the link is in your receipt and renewal emails). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month — you'll still receive the box you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Each month we ship a physical envelope of art materials (a reusable stencil, a video tutorial link, an art print, a guest-artist feature, stickers, and a letter). Exact contents vary month to month. We may adjust contents, pricing (with notice), or these terms; material changes will be communicated by email.
Materials are for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell our stencils or reproduce our prints for sale. The artwork remains the intellectual property of Bexx Fine Art and the featured artists.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Reach us anytime at info.bexx@gmail.com.

To fulfill and ship your membership, process payments, send membership emails, and occasionally share news about the Club. That's it.
Only the service providers that make the Club run — our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, and shipping carriers — and only as needed to deliver your membership. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, update your address in your account portal, and request that we delete your information by emailing info.bexx@gmail.com.
↑ topShipping is free within the United States. Envelopes ship near the start of each month; join before the 1st to be included in the next mailing. Please allow a few business days for hand-packing plus standard postal transit. Make sure your address is correct — you can update it anytime in your account portal.
If your envelope arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at info.bexx@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement.
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Because each box is a physical, hand-packed item, we don't offer refunds on a month that has already shipped. If you were charged for a box that hasn't shipped yet and you'd like to cancel that month, email us within 48 hours of the charge and we'll sort out a refund. We always aim to be fair and human about it.
